Delivery policy

TERMS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY

 

These terms of delivery/receipt of a product constitute an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of soultreatbox.com

 

All rules and definitions used therein are also applicable in this document.

1. Orders for products made on the soultreatbox.com platform are sent to the address specified by the user with the courier company DHL for the territory of EU countries.
2. The delivery times for the goods are usually within three working days from the date of confirmation by the Supplier that the order is ready for shipment. The Supplier is not responsible in the event of a delay in delivery beyond the specified period due to reasons beyond its control.
3. Each order placed in the online store is confirmed by email from the Supplier. The Supplier will send information about the status of the order to the email address specified by the User.
4. Orders placed on weekends, holidays and non-working days are processed on the next working day.

For smaller settlements, delivery is according to the schedule of a courier company.

5. The delivery price is included in the value of the goods selected and ordered by the consumer.
6. The Supplier is not responsible for any delay in the event that the delay is due to the fault of the courier or carrier performing the delivery and/or due to circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control.

* The Supplier is NOT responsible for courier services and their delivery times, but only for the processing and sending of orders.

* During periods of promotions, discounts or higher workload, the Supplier reserves the right to change the terms of processing and delivery without notifying customers in advance.

In exceptional circumstances and in case of technical complexity for the delivery of the product, the Supplier reserves the right to extend the delivery times.

7. The couriers/carriers who deliver goods are selected at the discretion of the Supplier and he may change them at any time without being obliged to inform the consumer in advance, as long as this does not reflect on the method and time of delivery.
